July 7, 2005: Respondus Inc. has issued a patch for Respondus 3.0. The patch (version 3.0.2) that addresses a Blackboard 6.3 issue related to publishing exams that contain images.

Respondus 3.0 includes two features of particular note. The first is a calculated/algorithmic question type that is available from the Edit menu. The online help and user guide explain how to use this new question type. The following newsletter article also provides useful information: http://www.respondus.com/update/res-algorithmic.shtml . The second feature of note is a Publish Wizard that simplifies the publishing of an exam to a course management system. In addition, the Publish Wizard allows an exam or survey to be published to multiple courses in a single step.
